The Data Centres APPG processes your personal data for the purposes of maintaining and using a membership or mailing list and keeping minutes of meetings.

    The data which we obtain from you and process for the purposes of maintaining a mailing list is:

    1. Name and contact details, including phone number
    2. Your role (e.g., Director of Communications or Member of Parliament), and/or the organisation that you work for (if any)
    3. (If applicable) your work address

    We collect or use the following information for the purposes of keeping minutes of meetings:

    1. Photographs or video recordings
    2. Records of consent, where appropriate
